This policy explains how LOOKERO HUB S.L. uses cookies and similar storage on PlanDesk, under Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the GDPR.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar tools include local storage in the browser. They can keep you signed in, remember a language, or (if we ever enable them) measure usage.
Consent rule (LSSI-CE Art. 22.2)
- Strictly necessary cookies can be set without consent. They are required to provide a service you requested (sign-in, security, load the app).
- Non-essential cookies (analytics, advertising, extra tracking) are only set if you consent first. Consent must be informed and can be withdrawn as easily as it was given.
PlanDesk does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Hotjar, Intercom, or Zendesk on this service.

Theme (light, dark, or system) is stored in the browser via local storage, not a first-party cookie.
Third-party cookies
We do not place third-party advertising cookies.
If you pay for a subscription, the payment provider (Stripe) may set cookies on its own domain during checkout. If you sign in with Google, Google may set cookies on its own domain. Those services have their own policies. We do not control them.
How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser:

Blocking essential cookies will stop sign-in and other core features from working.
Because we do not currently use non-essential cookies, there is no separate marketing or analytics toggle. If we add such cookies later, we will ask for consent first and update this page.
